Hello,

My server is running Gentoo Linux. I've been running slimserver for a
while. This morning there was an update of perl to version 5.8.7-r3 and
now slimserver won't start because SQlite doesn't seem to start
anymore.

I used "perl-cleaner all" to rebuild everything which had been compiled
with previous versions of perl, I "emerge dev-perl/DBD-SQLite" to
rebuild it but it still won't start.

Any Gentoo users out there who fixed that problem already?

Since it's already emerged I would rather avoid using the
build-perl-modules.pl to install it again.

Thanks for your help!
