Really - it's an automation interface, not a human interface. Other
than for testing purposes no one expects you to manually telnet into
the CLI. Just look at the command list (for example the playlist
management stuff) - these are long, complex, non human-friendly
strings.

Why? Developers have to understand it, but luckily they understand
ascii codes too.
