Thanks for the link but I am more confused. The last thing I want to do is purchase the Linkstation and follow some directions that end up turning it into a doorstop.
This sort of hacking (and linux in general) are foreign to me. I hacked my Tivos a few years ago but there was a lot less ambiguity to deal with. I was hacking a DirecTV Tivo and there was no question as to what the directions I was using applied to. I would really like to to this but am a complete idiot on the topic. I tried to determine which processor, etc the HD-H250LAN uses but can't find the specs anywhere.
