The RTSP and WMA entries for mplayer are wrong and won't work. It looks like you have modified the correct ones and then merged them into another custom-convert.conf file.
All the necessary AlieNBBC mplayer RTSP/WMA setting for custom-convert.conf are in the custom-convert.conf file in the Plugins/Alien directory and do not need to be changed.
