The SB can decode WMA and OGG natively so there is no need for the supports apps such as wmadec.
However you need LAME if you are using bit rate limiting. If you are using Softsqueeze and your server is Linux based then you will need a server based decoding app for WMA such as ffmpeg or mplayer - look in the wiki for details. Similarly for OGG.
