I've just got my new machine and am trying to install Ubuntu 8.0.4 and for some reason the progress bar gets half way through the install and it then shuts down. I'm now finding myself in a circular loop with no installed OS. Any pointers to break this annoying cycle and enter the world of Linux as a fully installed member? Cheers, Gus
