So you've defined transcodings there for wav, mp3 and flac - which are you actually using that's causing trouble? If you're network constrained try mp3, as wav takes far more bandwidth. If, on the other hand, you're cpu constrained then try wav - mp3 is by far the most expensive target format of those.
