I'm not sure I know which comment(s) you are referring to, my comment that you quoted referred to a discussion (I think last week?) about the economy and retirement savings. I think you may know I am a general audience-type customer, not someone with any computer knowledge. When I first came to these forums, I found them to be unwelcoming and sometimes hostile to people like me who were looking for help but not an introduction/invitation to programming or computer engineering. Giving people a too technical or an overly technical answer to a question can be a turnoff. Probably better to aim low - if the person wants more detail or something more involved, they'll say so. These products are now being sold in the mass market, places like Circuit City. Future first time visitors will likely be more like me than like you (if you are someone with computer technical knowledge). I recognize it's all a balance. I've just tried to offer a different perspective than I was finding. I've communicated this point, and have perhaps (unintentionally) overdone it. I'll rest my case.
