The source revision 69 on googlecode adds linux 2.6 makefiles for Intel/AMD 64-bit. The makefile.linux26-amd64-alsa file compiles a 64 bit libportaudio as part of the build process.
While testing the binaries I noticed that SS would play mp3 tracks for a bit, print a libmad decoder error and then advance to the next song. I can't be sure it's a problem with the code or the emulated sound card on my vmware server system. Could you try the squeezeslave-amd-alsa binary from the tar file below to confirm my findings? Also try flac files if you have them. http://ralph_irving.users.sourceforge.net/squeezeslave-0.9-67-lnx26-amd64.tar.gz The binaries were built on Ubuntu Server 9.04 x86_64 Thanks, Ralphy -- ralphy ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ralphy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3484 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=64935 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
