New binaries posted. Main change is to attempt to recover from alsa errors in more locations. Some of the warning messages have also been hidden and will now only appear if logging is enabled.
I need to work out a better way of distributing as at present I've had to delete the old version from googlecode as it won't allow the same filenames to be reused.
