Parameter problems with the version 1.1 self-compiled git code: I'm
starting squeezelite via:

/usr/local/bin/squeezelite localhost -o front:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 -d all=debug
-f /tmp/squeezelite.log -m 00:04:20:90:37:66 -n SqueezeLiteBlip

Several of those parameters seem to be ineffective. I.e. there is no
log output, the player isn't identified by the name or by the indicated
mac address in LMS, etc.
What am I doing wrong here?
PS: seems to play OK on Ubuntu 13.04 X86_64 on my IBM thinkpad T60.
