SQUEEZELITE-1.3-0.8.20130902GIT74B08E7
Before delving into Bluetooth, one loose end from a week ago, (or might
even be a fortnight ago now), building squeezelite against ffmpeg
version 2. I've packaged ffmpeg version 2 as ffmpeg2 so it doesn't
conflict with the system version 1 package. Installing/updating latest
squeezelite should pull in ffmpeg2-libs as a dependency.
Can't remember who was testing wma radio streams, but if you could have
another go with this version, I'm sure Triode will be glad of any
feedback.

NB: For Triode, these are the lib versions in use. ffmpeg2-libs is built
from "released" ffmpeg-2.0.1.tar.bz2, do I need to switch to latest
ffmpeg git?
