Correct, but you'd also have to download/use the CPAN modules for 7.8 (which are currently the same as for 7.7 unless you use perl 5,18, but still, just to be on the safe side...) I've updated the guide to include the url where you can find them, and also added a paragraph outlining a better method to use the latest LMS code.
