I have two Kids Kingston SD cards, and I'm now reflashing them alternately. I've now taken the wandboard out of my music system and I've connected it to a known working good 5v PSU. I'll leave it on the network over the weekend to see if it is stable. I think the problem comes from the battery PSU which powers down the SBT which seems to tolerate this, whereas the wandboard / csos doesn't like this!
