Thanks. But it appears I actually have the same problems as this fellow
below, failure to update!

Ya, I'm stuck on 1.16 too.  I thought I had 1.16a previously, but maybe
not.  After the files download, I do get the prompt to restart to
complete the update.  But I'm stuck with 1.16.
