No need. I had missed the minus in front of the B so it's now backed up and after a chmod -x it's now being called. Thanks to the pair of you. Still not working though as I'm getting errors all over the place as it launches, will probably try a different readsq.py.
Btw guys, is there an easier way of getting files like this onto the pi without loading them onto a webapge and using wget?
