I've added some tentative support for use of an alsa mixer for
squeezelite volume to git. Would be interested in feedback on how well
it works for people.
To use:

./squeezelite -o hw:CARD=Intel -L
--------------------
Will list the available mixers for the output card used (in this case
hw:CARD=Intel)

--------------------
./squeezelite -o hw:CARD=Intel -V PCM
--------------------
Will use the mixer control defined by the -V option for volume control.
When you adjust volume with LMS this will then adjust the alsa mixer
rather than applying gain inside squeezelite.
You can see what it is doing with -d output=debug.
