hi again - i have tested it as per your syggestios and it has installed
it as systemd service (at least i think so :) not sure how to check) ...
i just had to update ':nogroup' as you suggested, but funily it was
starting properly even before that change ?

key thing - ALL is working beatifully - i havent changed vanilla
/etc/defaults/lms file so nice priority is still at 0 but when it starts
it lms server reads preferences from server/advanced/performance setting
and it starts with priority as set there ... it has NEVER worked with
nightly builds (.deb files) ... only and only if i restarted lms server
from the command line then priority would be taken into account ... with
your script i think it behaves perfectly as it should !!!!!!!!
