That is good to hear.

I installed Ubuntu 14.04 from scratch as my FitPCi3 was a new machine,
so it was a clean install. I am thinking about trying a different OS to
get rid of my buffer underrun problems.

As an additional experiment I have installed jRiver on my portable. It
recognised the Touch player straight away and I have been streaming to
it with no dropouts or buffer under runs.

Toshiba Portable i7 running Ubuntu 14.04 + jRiver -> wireless network ->
Touch   (no buffer underruns)

vs

FitPCi3 running Ubuntu 14.04 + LMS -> wired network  -> Touch   (5 to 10
buffer underruns per track)

Note both on the same network, albeit one running wireless and one
wired.

I tried setting an audio delay in LMS and this resulted in no buffer
underruns at the start of the track, which were always the largest. But
the buffer under runs in each track played remain.
