Check if the *.so files(DBI.so etc.) - are still in the correct location (which must be in the @INC paths) - have the correct architecture (eg. hardfloat vs softfloat ) - can be loaded by the dynamic linker (use ldd to check) Check if SELinux is switched on. If yes, disable it and try again.
