I solved th problem, it seems to be a kernel issue. I had this "alsa_open:501 unable to get period size: Invalid argument" error too when playing dsf. Yesterday I tried out armbian for cubietruck again with the vanilla Kernel and the legacy kernel. Zhe vanilla Kernel gave this error still, but the legacy kernel works, so it seems to be no problem of jessie.
