Thanks a lot DJanGo. For some reason I'm still stuck. I was surprised when I checked my LMS settings that the playlists directory was listed as /home/username/tmp as this is a folder I keep, obviously, for temporary things. It has no permissions issues and I couldn't find any playlist subfolders inside it, so as a test I created a new folder /home/username/playlists and directed the LMS playlist folder setting accordingly. I then restarted LMS with: sudo service logitechmediaserver stop and sudo service logitechmediaserver start. From there, I expected to see no playlists showing up in LMS apps (on my phone/tablets etc., however they appear as normal and the saving problem persists. When I check the "Media Scan Details", the playlist directory is showing up with the new location as follows:
Discovering playlists: /home/username/playlists (1 of 1) Complete 00:00:00 I guess the playlists must be being stored in another location - or perhaps in cache?
