Are you talking about the web pages? All of the pCP code is shell scripts running in cgi, 99% of the code is contained in /home/tc/www/cgi-bin We currently don't have a mechanism to do translations.
No, the jivelite applet to control pcp. It's written in Lua (/opt/jivelite/share/jive/applets/piCorePlayer/)
