Updated jivelite.tcz available from the beta files area with these
changes from Michael.

Override the Now Playing screens pressed default styles.

Improve Digital screensaver for higher resolution skins
- drop the drop shadow, as they're almost impossible to scale and
position correctly in all resolutions
- scale background image and horizontal divider to fit the screen
- fix divider position
- use same assets in Joggler and HDSkin based skins to simplify
scaling

Improve scrolling behavior when paging through lists: try to scroll
as far as possible while still showing the previ
Fix the button spacing for higher resolution screens.
Fix Now Playing buttons' pressed state
