Two main issues. 1) Porting the piCore OS to your device 2) modification of pCP code for hardware level requirements. (i.e. kernel commandline, boot configuration) For #1, I'll give you a link. http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,17895.0.html You will also need to get very familiar with how piCore works, there are books and wikis over there to read.
