The extra filesystems includes kernel modules that you need for rpi3..  
The easiest way to correct would be to disable your mounts, Remove the
extra file systems.   Then re-install the Extra Filesystems,,,, and
re-enable your mounts.

Another way to correct this would be to go to the extensions page.  (Off
of the main web page)  Set the repository to the piCorePlayer
Sourceforge Repo.  Then Select the FileSystems-xxxxxxx.tcz extension.  
Where xxxxxx matches your kernel listed in the footer of the web page.
