There is only 2 partitions.

You are mis-reading mmcblk0 as mmcblk0p0.

The device mmcblk0 has 2 partition mmcblk0p1 and mmcblk0p2.

The rest of your SD card is unused. This looks normal. You need to
resize mmcblk0p2 to "Whole SD card" or manually make another partition.

What is sda1? USB memory stick or HDD? Something weird with this device!
