Or is there any other parameter to check? > When LMS scans a file it identifies the file type(format, sample rate and > sample size). > When a player starts it tells LMS what its capabilities are (i.e. > supported for,at and sample rates). This conversion would do it: Code: -------------------- sox /tank/media/TEST/What-A-Wonderful-World_DXD352KHz_2chDXD.wav -b 32 -e signed /tank/media/TEST/What-A-Wonderful-World_converted32Int.wav -------------------- > AFAICT DXD is not supported type in LMS. > LMS scanner can identify DFF and DSDIFFF formats as LMS dff and dsf > audio types. > If the player reports that it can play these types - then LMS will > process the file correctly (i.e. p[ass then through transparently. If you say it is not supported, ok than it is like it is and I would immediately stop my testing. On the other hand it worked with C-3PO and also on Dahpile (which basically uses LMS and squeezelite as far as I see) so I am just looking for a way to convert this in the same way like C-3PO or Daphile does. Anyway thanks for all your recommendations and support :-) S +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: screenshot.2.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=27226| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ s25a's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65256 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97046 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
