I had seen those too, and wondered why they would need so much wires? SPI + power = I haven't read up on the documentation, so I can't really tell. And I found 'this one' (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32970035492.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.78db4c4d0fRGyq) interesting to get going as a user front for a musicbox. But it might take another week or so.
