Since we are both from Germany I assume this was a localized CDN/Cloudflare problem. I checked the file a couple of times yesterday using wget from my desktop and it always showed the same wrong checksum. Today everything seems fine. This case actually proofs that file integrity checking is a good thing. It is better that the installation fails than to have system that might be unstable or behaves erroneously.
