Thank you @Shunte for another instructive lesson. I must admit I do not understand everything but it motivates me to find out more...
BTW: Finally I have solved problems with my OLED. Because the OLED I bought required some external elements I soldered them according the application. Unfortunately I soldered to many elements: two pull-up resistors on SDA and SCL as well, forgetting the fact they are already present on the Raspberry. The result was as I described, HAT DAC card could not start due to wrong communication caused by overcharged i2c.
