OK, so I started afresh. Seems the problem was, prior to installing LMS
and/or the "Install additional File Systems", I installed ntfs-3g.tcz
via the "Extensions" button from the main page. This created a problem.
This time round I used the "Install additional File Systems" before
installing any additional extensions. No problem! The "Set NET Mount"
button now works and I am able to populate the fields under the "Setup
Network Disk Mount" header.

The onboot.lst now only shows one instance of ntfs-3g.tcz:

Code:
--------------------
    -----ntfs-3g.tcz
  |-----filesystems-4.19.105-pcpCore_v7.tcz
  | |-----raid-dm-4.19.105-pcpCore_v7.tcz

--------------------

Hopes this may serve somebody else any purpose.

Thanks for a great project!
