There are some changes happening with the update notifier process in LMS. I'll need to check what is shown on that web page in LMS, it used to point the user back to the pCP web interface..... use the update that is in the pCP web interface. If you get a no update found from the pCP interface, then you need to follow the instructions in the link that I posted.
