I had read those pages (and basically this whole thread) before posting. My Pi model is 4B, if that's what you're asking. I'm not using a Bluetooth dongle. I did turn on the option to use built-in Bluetooth. Whether that option is on or off, whether I repeat the Bluetooth update or not before removing, nothing brings back the "Install" button.
