Hello Mathias, I haven't read the list in a week I've just gotten my 
machine up and running again, turns out I damaged  two drives and an 
ATA 66 tempo card, From your earlier post you mentioned using a 
passive terminator with a pioneer DVD drive and a Yamaha, You have 
both drives "chained" right?  Where does the "terminator" go and do 
you have a "Link" to what it looks like and where I might find it? I 
had a feeling that the CDRW I'm using (Yamaha 2100S) would be the 
thing holding me back from loading OSX successfully I dont have the 
"Original" drive that came with the S900 any longer. Do you have any 
suggestions as to what drive I could install to succeed...a DVD would 
be great, I've looked at used/refurbished CDROM's  but I don't know 
what's  compatible other than the "Original" drive.  Phillip
