Hi Roy,
Good to hear that OWC are okay to deal with. Part of their standard
order form asks for you to add that 3 digit security number in a separate
form field, which is fine - I did that & I ordered my card Friday week ago,
yet the order is still 'pending' on their website - I'm about to send them
an email & see what's going on.
I've previously ordered from Velocity Upgrades & their service is
spectacular - here I was emailing & asking when the order might arrive (2
days after it was prcessed) & that day it arrived.
