Hi Jake, I think you have two choices. There are some jobs that are done in the middle of the night, like at 3 a.m., and the one choice is just to leave your machine on during the night. There are three jobs that clean up, a daily, a weekly and a monthly job. I am not sure whether it will run the weekly and monthly jobs, if you only leave it on for one night, but then there is choice number two: get MacJanitor to do the job for you from http://personalpages.tds.net/~brian_hill/macjanitor.html
A great freeware app. This is of course just a gui to make do a command line command, and if somebody can recall what that command actually is, I would be happy!
