I used it on a 7500 with a 400 mhz G3 upgrade. Seems to work fine so far (about 2 months since I did the install). I recommend printing their instructions out since it is a multiple step process... took me reading it a few times to figure it out.
Also... if you do the auto updates and bring it up to 10.1.5 be sure to use Sonnet's OS X Tuner software afterwards... my system was acting a little funny until I did that.
