Well, I just dloaded the hack install version of QE extreme! thanks to the initial installers/ testers, other Mac users...I love it, it makes a big difference!, and is way better than 10.1.5....still having some networking issues that I did'nt have in OS 10.1.5....like connecting to another mac.....Oh and since we are on the topic of QE on older PCI machines...I have my card in the first slot towards the outside on a 7600 followed by a USB card for mouse only, and a sonnet ATA/66 tempo card with my 7200 40 gig HD hooked up, nothing really bogs it down, screen redraws are fast!, opening things BOOM...like that, even faster than what I thought was fast....another issue that I wanted to address is Roxio Toast works great for me, and so does burning songs in Itunes on a third party internal ATA cdrw....some people were having problems after installing 10.2 over thier existing OSX version...well enough for now......thanks again for your guys hardwork, and support....Mark
