Any G4 AGP comp has a proprietary Uni-N ZIF that is non-transferable to older macs. The only upgrade card that has a non-soldered ZIF is the XLR8 carrier which is incompatible with the Sawtooth architecture. If you're referring to the Yikes 350 the answer would be yes.
