Hi all. Ok I'm still going insane. I have a Umax s900 G3 300 upgrade card 272 megs o RAM, VST ATA/66 controller card, ATI Radeon 7000 with Quartz extreme hack, Fire wire, and USB network cards. I also have an 80 Gig Maxtor IDE drive as my main drive. Ok I am trying to fire wire in some DV off of my Camcorder. My machine just dies completely after about 2 or 3 seconds. The only way to bring it back to life is to power the machine down. I have moved the fire wire card in to different slots. I have tried another fire wire card. Every time it dies. I did have some problems with my Fire wire DVD burner as well. IT did work fin in OS9.. Is there any known issues here? Or am I just lucky that I finally got it going and now I cant use that feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
