Can anyone help me get my USB printer going on my ethernet network?
I'm trying to print via the network from my 7300/180 (NewerTech G4/350)
running 10.2.4 to the printer attached w/USB to my G4/450 DP, also
running 10.2.4. The message I get on the 7300 is "Unable to connect to
IPP host". The printer is connected to the USB port on the G4/450 DP.
Do I need to plug the printer into the USB port on my router? My
ethernet patch cables are running from each computer to the router and
I thought I could send stuff to be printed via AppleTalk/Ethernet.
Thanks very much for any help offered. m.
