Hey all,

I get random lockups on my 9600 running OS X Jaguar.

  Here are the specs:

9600, Sonnet 800mhz G4 upgrade card
768MB RAM
ATI Radeon 7000 video card
ACARD ATA/66 card
generic (I guess) 8 port USB2/Firewire combo card (4 external +1
internal USB ports, 2 external (one being oddly shaped) + 1 internal
firewire ports)
internal stock CD-ROM + ZIP drive
Apple stock ADB keyboard

plugged into the USB card:
Microsoft USB optical intellimouse
external Iomega 48x24x48 external USB2 CD burner
Logitech QuickCam (using "Macam" to run it)
Saitek P150 gamepad (using "USB Overdrive to run it)

I originally had 896MB RAM, 128 of which was 4 32MB DIMMs, with the
rest being 128MB FPM DIMM's. I had thought that the presence of the
smaller 32MB DIMMs was causing the problem, so I removed them, but it's
pretty much still the same, in that it locks up occasionally, usually
at least once a day, sometimes more, with no defiinite pattern as to
what makes it lock, it's totally at random.

Does anyone have any ideas on things to check into that might be
causing this? All the fans in the system appear to be running fine, so
I don't think it's heat. Any of the above mentioned peripherals known
to cause problems like this, by chance?

Thanks,
Stace
