I'd not been using QE for a while but have just installed 10.2.5 I got
out my copy of PCI extreme and installed it. I could tell right away it
was running but checked with Q E check and sure enough it is running
just as it did with 10.2.4 and earlier! I like the way video is quicker
and smooth fluid like. It does have odd artifacts at the first startup
of videos and if you use the controls while running Quicktime for
example but only for a quick sec or so. I had heard that video encoding
runs slower with it on so had turned off to do some encoding but I'm
not sure this is true on my machine. I'll have to do a test.

A number of people have had odd things go wrong with the 10.2.5 update
using software update. The fix has been to download the 10.2.5 combo
updater and it seems to fix a number of issues for those that had
problems. It worked for me but is a 80mb plus download. Will S
