There is a company that makes larger SIMMs for nubus machines, but the biggest stumbling block would be the bus speed and nubus G3 card support.
Give it up folks. Surely by now you've gotten your money's worth from that nubus machine. And hey, if you're willing to run that old of a machine, why should an older OS bother you?
