I use pivots on various older Macs as portrait monitors for servers. Under OS 8 and above, the greyscale pivot seems to default to portrait when connected to hardware which knows that video mode. So I would expect it to work fine on (say) the biv of a 7500 under OS 9, although I have not yet tried this. But under OS X - who knows?

Has anyone tried a Radius Pivot under OS X? I know the softpivot software wouldn't work, but could I still just use it in portrait mode? I want to set up a server and watch the logs. I appreciate any advice.
