hi liam, just checked out 'Xcopy' - looks cool (command line, yay!).
the files i am hoping to copy are on a 2nd internal hd which has been partitioned - will i still be able to access them? how does one go about starting the mac in console mode - is it apple s as the machine starts up? thanks for your suggestions, jake > When I had to do this, I started the Mac in console mode and copied from > the Windows command line with a tool that can skip over errors.
