Sorry for posting this earlier without subject. I opened the Console log after running fsck and got the following screen:

CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
<plist resource in resource fork> of bundle: /Applications/Utilities/ATI Utilities/ATI Monitor
The parser will retry as in 10.1, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.
There is mention of a "problem that should be corrected on the plist" and "data is not proper UTF-8." I don't have a clue what this means. Everything seems to be running OK. Can anyone interpret the above message?
yeah it's a minor thing in the ATI program, which isn't essential; I think it means it uses an odd character somewhere in the ATI Monitor plists somewhere.
Just ignore it.
