OK, the $30 Rage 128 seems to be a bust. They sent me a different card, different model number and everything. It's probably a good deal for a PC TV tuner card and I've emailed them asking if they really had the card they were advertising... but if no, I'm back to deciding on $70 for the Rage 128 or splurging on $120 for the Radeon 7000.
