Hey D. F. Manno dude. 

I got a couple of PowerLogix G3 250 -  300 MHz cards lying around that will 
upgrade that 7500 PowerMac of yours just fine. Give me $25 and you pay shipping 
and you're back running with the big boys again. You probably don't need all 
that much memory. More is always better but I'll bet you can get by just fine 
with 128 or 256 for starters. Scrounge up a pair of 64 or 128 of the 168 Pin 
DIMMs for that unit (its motherboard and memory run at 50 MHz.) and leave the 
two largest other DIMMs in place in their slots and you'll be just fine. I got 
a few 2 gig SCSI drives also if you're hurting for a bit more storage.
